RestoreCord billing: yearly, lifetime, trial and refunds

What each plan costs per month, per year and once for life, how the Business trial works, which payment methods are accepted and what happens when you cancel.

Short answer

Premium is €5 a month, €30 a year or €100 lifetime; Business €10, €50 or €200; Enterprise €20, €200 or €750. Business has a free two-week trial, refunds are possible within 14 days, and cancelling keeps your features until the cycle ends.

Every price in one table

PlanMonthlyYearlyLifetime
Free€0€0€0
Premium€5€30€100
Business€10€50€200
Enterprise€20€200€750

Yearly billing is far cheaper than paying monthly on every paid plan. On Business it works out to just over €4 a month, less than half the monthly price. The live pricing page on restorecord.com always has the final numbers at checkout.

Discounts

RestoreCord offers a 30% discount to communities switching from another service and on yearly plans. If you are moving from a different verification or backup bot, ask support about it before you pay. Holding a gift card or a partner code instead? Those are redeemed on the billing page, as explained in our guide to gift and partner codes.

How the Business trial works

  1. Create a RestoreCord account and click Start Free Trial.
  2. For 14 days you get the full Business plan: 25 servers, scheduled snapshots, branding, OAuth checks and the rest.
  3. Before it ends, upgrade to keep the paid features running.
  4. If you don't, the Business features switch off and your servers stay in your account.

Payment methods

RestoreCord accepts all major credit and debit cards, Klarna, MobilePay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cryptocurrencies. Card and wallet payments unlock the plan as soon as they are processed. A crypto payment can take up to 24 hours to activate, so pay with a card if you need a feature in the middle of an incident.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used the paid features. If the plan isn't right for you, contact RestoreCord support inside that window. The full conditions are in the refund policy.

Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling

ChangeWhat happens
Free to a paid planPaid features switch on once the payment is processed
Cancel a subscriptionAllowed at any time; paid features stay until the end of the billing cycle
Downgrade to a lower planFeatures of the higher plan are removed when the change applies

Before downgrading, check that you are within the lower plan's limits for servers, bots and snapshots, so nothing important depends on a feature you are about to lose.

Monthly, yearly or lifetime?

Pay monthly while you are still finding out which plan fits. Switch to yearly once a plan has proven itself for a few months. Lifetime makes sense for owners who know their community will run on RestoreCord for years. Still choosing a tier? Six checks before you hit pay

Five minutes with this list usually settles the tier, and the billing cycle follows from how sure you are about it.

Count servers and bots

Add up the servers and custom bots you run today and the ones you plan to open this year.

Decide on scheduled snapshots

Backups that run on their own start on Business. On Free and Premium, snapshots are taken by hand.

Name your firewall checks

VPN and alt detection come with Premium, ASN and OAuth checks with Business, account age rules with Enterprise.

Ask about the switching discount

Moving from another bot can earn 30% off, so raise it before you check out.

Pick the right payment method

Cards and wallets activate instantly; crypto can take up to a day, which matters mid-incident.

Check limits before a downgrade

A lower plan removes the higher plan's features, so make sure you fit its server, bot and snapshot caps.
