RestoreCord gift cards, partner codes and TicketCord Pro
Three kinds of code live on the RestoreCord billing page. One pays for a plan, one unlocks free plan days from a partner, and one is a monthly perk that Business and Enterprise owners collect. Here is how each works.
Short answer
Gift cards carry a balance you spend on a plan. Partner codes activate a plan for a set number of free days, then continue by crypto (manual renewal) or card (auto-renewal, new users only). Paid Business and Enterprise accounts get one TicketCord Pro gift code per month; trial accounts can't claim it.
Three codes, three jobs
All of these are handled in one place: the Billing page of your RestoreCord dashboard. They look similar, but they do very different things, so it helps to know which one you are holding before you paste it anywhere.
| Code | Where it comes from | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Gift card | A RestoreCord gift card | Adds a balance you spend on a RestoreCord plan |
| Partner code | A RestoreCord partner such as TicketCord | Activates a plan for a number of free days |
| TicketCord Pro gift code | Your own paid Business or Enterprise plan | One month of TicketCord Pro, every month |
Paying with a gift card
A gift card works like stored credit. When you enter it, RestoreCord shows the remaining balance and asks you to pick the plan you want to put it towards. If the balance doesn't cover that plan, you'll see an insufficient balance message and can choose a cheaper tier or a different code. It is a simple way to pay for a plan without entering card details at checkout.
Redeeming a partner code
Enter the partner code and RestoreCord tells you which plan it activates and for how many days. Then you decide how the plan should continue once the free days are over:
- Crypto: the free days start with no payment method on file. When they end, you renew by hand if you want to keep the plan.
- Card (auto-renew): the free days run as a trial and the plan renews automatically afterwards. You can cancel at any time.
The card option is only available to new RestoreCord users. If you already have a billing history, plan on the crypto route and a manual renewal.
The monthly TicketCord Pro perk
Business and Enterprise owners get more than RestoreCord features. Every month, a paid Business or Enterprise subscription comes with a TicketCord Pro gift code worth one month of TicketCord Pro, the ticket system from RestoreCord's partner. The code is revealed on the billing page and can be redeemed once per month, so it renews alongside your plan.
Trial accounts are the exception: while you are on the 14-day Business trial, the TicketCord code stays locked. It unlocks the moment you move to a paid Business or Enterprise subscription.
Who qualifies
- A Business or Enterprise plan that has at least one successful payment
- Not a Business trial that hasn't been paid for yet
- One claim per month; the billing page shows when the next code renews
Why this tips the scales towards Business
If your server runs support tickets, the TicketCord Pro code is real value on top of 25 servers, scheduled backups and OAuth checks. That is part of why Business is RestoreCord's most popular tier. Compare the top tiers in Business vs Enterprise, look up yearly and lifetime prices in billing and trials, check the entry tiers in Free vs Premium, or go back to the plan overview.
